thanks for the help but if you look at my original load order post, i manually fixed the load order of all the unrecognized ones appropriately.. what kind of system does someone need to run all the mods you mentioned?!! they are all "compatible" with each other according to the pages, and skyrim is a boring game without them

also i did clean the main esms with tes5edit before this complete reinstall.. havent done so yet

this is my millionth time reinstalling this game.. full complete re install off steam.. hand picked mods all installed properly with NMM, no imcompatibilites with BOSS and using skyrealism ENB. system: i7 950 12gb dominator ram amd 6970 overclocked with CCC and STILL getting random CTDs when either entering a building (dragonsreach, had one in the temple in whiterun.) I even removed Skyrim HD texture pack and was fine with that as bethesdas HD texture pack still looks good.. im at a loss as to whats causing this. The only ini tweaks ive used are the basic ones from STEP and i even have my shadows set to high not ultra... im not using the Z-fighting ini fixes as i noticed those caused ctds too... can post my mod list when i get home but im so sick of this garbage...

Just changed it to 8000 and nothing was fixed in Riften.. just went there at night and the lights torch lights are popping in like crazy.. some of them dont even give off any light at all.. just a flame
