Hello talented people, Having seen pugmeat be a thing (turns dogmeat into a pug) I very ambitiously waited for other dog breeds to be made to replace dogmeats model, in particularly a possible jack russell repacer. Having a jack russell myself it felt only right that Id be taking my boy on all adventures and not just to the park. Id do this myself if I werent currently so worful at 3d modeling/ and modding in general. Jack Russells are a popular breed so Im sure a few other peoplke would appreciate this mod. I feel that my pc should be running better than it is, could anyone offer any suggestions to what I should upgrade to increase the performance or should I just buy a whole new pc? here are my specs: Processor - Intel{R) Core i7-3770k CPU @ 3.50GHz, 4 Core(s) RAM - 16GB Graphics Card - Zotac GeForce GTX 970 (4GB, DDR5, 256 Bit) MotherBoard - Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Im not sure if its a bug or what but when I load a save everything loads with ultra quality texture and lighting however as I play the graphic eventually drop to lowest quality can some one help me? I play on high settings or at least thats what Iv set them to on the options tab I have also got the new ninvidia driver so its not that my drivers are out of date either.

Im not much of a pc wizz so Im a little unsure out of all my specs which ones Id need to improve so that Id be able to run skyrim on ultra at at least 60 fps as of the moment my pc stutters and suffers frame rate drops in the main world space of skyrim however runs like a dream inside cities caves etc, I have dropped the settings to high but the problem still persists and I don't want to drop it any lower as Id like to be able to play fallout 4 on ultra graphics too once that is release if anyone could help me that would be much appreciated thank you.
