    Loot v0.15.1 puts DLCShiveringIsle.esp just below Oblivion.esm with these 'icons' to the right - The “Empty Plugin” icon.The “Loads Archive” icon.The “Verified clean” icon.

    Purchased ELDER Scrolls IV from GOG. When installed ran LOOT for load order and conflicts to fix. LOOT is saying DLCShiveringIsle.esp is empty. Checked directory and it is a 1k file, which is default size for files in windows, even if empty. Opened trouble ticket with GOG. They say it is fine, but their file listing from their end also shows it to be a 1k file. LOOT is placing it at the 2nd slot load order, due to it being 'empty'. Can anyone help? Please.
