Not sure why, I just installed the Oblivion Rebirth collection and when I turn on subtitles, they are at the center of my screen. Any way to move them down or something?

As in the title; in third person i can see the light from my flames and from my torch (though I feel like the radius is ridiculously small, so I switched from ELFX hardcore to enhancer since I can't see a thing even with light) Any ideas what could cause this?
