I am also very interested in getting a hold of this. Please let us know if it will be released, or if we can even get it privately.

This is pretty much what I am asking for. The mod that existed before allowed you to attach a set of armor to an item that was bound to a hotkey, and would change from current equipped to the programmed set and back.

I know there was a mod that did this, but I can't seem to find it anymore. I am looking for a mod that will allow me to set armor sets to a hotkey and change between it and currently equipped armor rapidly. That way I could have clothes, and armor for role-play purposes.
