  1. Well the reason I boiled it down to those two is because I went through the mods I had installed when the problem started to occur and after clearing out undefined scripts and objects using "FallrimTools" that fixed the issue. I've just started a new game and it is back down to a 6 second save time. Right now what I'm testing is the theory that if you disable the options on the right of XPMSSE styles that they will not be applied to NPCs. Apparently the styles get saved into the saved game for each NPC that you meet so the more NPCs you come across the more data that needs to be saved.
  2. So I'm very fond of the improved bodies CBBE has to offer, however when I started a new game the woman in charge of the execution had GIANT (not as in the absurd modded view of giant, just really big for most women) breast armor and a loin cloth. This is not practical as far as armor goes, much less for the weather conditions for the game. I was going to mod out these armors myself, but I don't know how to identify them and remove them so I'm looking for some help here.

  4. So at one point my game used to save so quickly I wasn't sure if it had saved. Now it is taking longer and longer. The first dramatic shift was from a fraction of a second to 6 seconds. It has gradually been increasing in length. Now it is over a minute. After hours of troubleshooting when this first began I came to the conclusion that it is Race Menu or XPMSSE. I found several possible solutions online that didn't pan out unfortunately. If anyone out here knows why this is happening and how I can fix it I'd be most grateful as I really would rather not get rid of these two mods thanks to the character improvements.
  5. I would love a mod like that. Something like Recettear tries to do. However, I've not been able to find such a mod. There are however a few others you may be interested in (Be warned you will become ridiculously wealthy with one of them.) Businesses of Skyrim-Felhammer forge This mod lets you own a forge and you can fulfill orders. I have it, but I've personally not enjoyed it too much. LC_Build Your Noble House This mod allows you to build your own fiefdom. You will hire people to mine iron and clay, chop firewood, and hire guards to protect the town. The people there will also pay you tax revenue regularly. On top of this your castle is a very nice player home. A bit big and empty (of people) for my taste nicely decorated, but I am very fond of the treasure room. RE - Real Estate Continued This mod is the one that will make you absurdly wealthy, but I love the idea of buying property. The cost to start the business is high and the original profit margins are low, but as you gradually buy more and more that income stream rises exponentially. The most expensive property is (at a minimum based on settings) 1,000,000,000. Adura's Merchant Mod (SSE Port) This mod is the one most like what I was looking for. You can open a market stall in any city that allows you to own property. Theoretically you can sell your items and even barter with people. However, when I first setup in white run I never had anyone stop by the stall. So I had to hire an npc to work it. If you have any junk like pots and pans linen and paper. This mod is a good about selling things like those for a very tidy profit. The downside is they will undervalue any item with an enchantment extremely. Also it requires you to not have "Open Cities" installed. It was a tough choice and were I to start a new game I would probably do without this mod. Your Market Stall I haven't tried this yet, going through all of the mods produced within the last year and tangentially found this one. I'm going to start a new game and try this out (along with many other mods) I can tell you what it says in the description. You sit down wherever and sell your wares. The more pedestrians around the more likely someone will come over and buy. Sokco's Guild Starter (SSE Port) This one allows you to create a guild of any type. Mining, cooking, alchemy, or adventurers. Another one I've found during my modding deep dive that sounds interesting.
  6. I'm very glad you're looking at this project with Mod Organizer 2 in mind. It has been a godsend for me. Between that and loot I've managed to get my game modded with only about 20 hours of troubleshooting compared to how painstaking the process used to be, for someone of my limited intelligence at least.
  7. Howdy folks. I'm currently on the search for a level capping mod for the various zones. I've found many mods that include more difficult enemies and higher min caps, but none which put in a maximum level cap for enemies. This is a problem that was incredibly bad in oblivion, but it has continued on to skyrim as well. I understand wanting a challenge, and there should always be a challenge and several mods address that shortcoming, but there's also realism to pay homage to. Where the enemy's min cap does pay homage to that scaling enemies higher than you when you're in a dangerous area. It doesn't without a max cap. If bandits of the world can all afford high priced glass armor, like in oblivion, then why haven't they retired? Banditry is a risk/reward profession you will put in the risk, but once you have a kings fortune most would gladly settle down. Instead these people are as deranged as enemies in Borderlands. if a band of 3 bandits could wipe out whole towns then bandit's would be as big or an even bigger threat than the dragons. Which leads me to the topic of dragons. I do a lot of exploring and questing before I ever tend to get to the whole dovahkin aspect of the game and suddenly you get there and revered dragons are on your rear end. In my opinion the dragons level scaling should be tied in with the time starting when you slay your first dragon and start unlocking your words of power in preparation to fight Aulduin. Though an argument can be made that time would start in Helgan I could even appreciate that because that would add urgency to this, since Skyrim first released, very abstract threat of the dragons. They don't attack the towns, if you have "run for your lives" then they very reasonably seek shelter, you'll occasionally run into 2-3 dragons back to back, but that's pretty rare so in most cases they're a minor inconvenience. Our Dragonborn is about as eager to fight Dragons as he is to do his laundry, and he never gets around to doing that. Oh for those who don't know Requiem 4.0 is coming out to Skyrim SE so keep yer eyes peeled ^_-. Anyhow I know I've tangented a bit, but is anyone aware of a mod which adds a max level cap so I don't see 100 arch mages running around all over the place?
