Whenever i try to ride a dragon it plays the getting on the dragon animation but then the dragon takes off without me and fly's away but my guy is still in the mounted position on the ground but is animating like hes on the dragons neck. Anyone know how to fix this cuz i cant move on with the storyline of dragonborn because of this bug?

I have a weird ice decal floating under my characters feet and i don't know how to get rid of it can anyone help me?
