That's all you did? You didn't alter anything else? Why the heck doesn't that work for me? I spent probably 2 hours trying to figure out why I couldn't remove that branch, but I could remove other ones. Whatever. Thank you so much thought I appreciate the help.

Hello, I'm very very inexperienced with Nifskope so I was wondering if someone could quickly help me out here. I have a belt that I'm trying to alter, but everytime I try and alter this particular branch the item will no longer show ingame. I want the "middle" of the item removed. It's branch 166 or whatever. However, I noticed that it seems to be linked to some bones or something. I can't figure out how to fix this. If anyone is willing to help I'd really appreciate it. Here is a link for the file.

Hello. I've recently began messing around with meshes to delete anything off of a mesh that I don't like. That's about all I know how to do. However, sometimes when I remove a branch or two from a mesh and try to load up the game, the entire mesh just becomes invisible. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm not altering ANYTHING other than removing some objects (branches?) in the mesh through Nifskope. Additionally, can you change the color of an item through Nifskope? Or is that something that has to be done through the texture (of which I know nothing about)?

Hmmm. I see the mesh. I copy the mesh. But when I load the game, everything is invisible, like the legs dont exist. Nothing else has changed. Any ideas?

Btw if it makes your job easier, that file that I linked on the first or second page links up with the upper body perfectly. Thanks!

Thank you. Yeah the lower portion that you had worked on just stops at a certain point, then there is simply nothing until the upper body begins. Thanks so much though!

Ok, not sure where to grab that attachment from? Thank you so much though. Hmm I tried it out but that's not going to work properly. It's great except for the fact that the lower part doesn't match up with the upper body of HGEC. It was cut off at a certain point. Could you maybe tell me how to work the program you used? Or try and match it up with the HGEC body?
