  1. Best thing to do from past experiance is remove all the mods by uninstalling them all and then installing all of them one by one, I used this https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/1yyel4/load_order_is_important_but_what_about_install/ to help me with my order of installation, I also kept a written log of which mods work after testing them.
  2. I've been modding on and off for the last few years but never really stuck with it due to getting interested in other games or other commitments in my life, ive now got myself a a good gaming pc. I was wondering if there is a specific order to install your mods, eg) I guess you install NVSE first and then I installed the overhauling mod like project nevada but after that i just installed mods that i found, is there is a specific order i should install mods or does it not matter?
  3. okay well to check if NVSE has installed properly press " ` " on your keyboard and the type GetNVSEVersion, if 5 comes up then it is installed properly and also what version have you downloaded of NVSE.
  4. Did you get it working?
  5. Hi, just out of curiosity is there a particular lanauge which is used for scripting?
  6. Can you change it into a FOMMOD and install via Fallout Mod Manager easily? And has anyone had any crash problems with it?
  7. I do enjoy a mini quest to earn the anything in a fallout game, so to earn a house and it is a great point by goliath. The house I've used most wasn't a mod and was on fallout 3 and that was the one in megaton and was easy to get too as you could fast travel to megaton and get to your house quickly and as madmongo said location is key, but do you want a fast travel marker actually on the house or does that kind of break the immersion and does the mod not integrate with the game as well. I've always enjoyed the mods which have seamlessly entered the game. I've never liked a house with too many rooms for example the one in Novac and i thought megaton house was just about the right size and an en-suit always adds to the immersion.
  8. I would recommend downloading fallout new vegas edit to see if any esm's are missing or if the load order is incorrect, i think gopher has a video on the issue? Even when I had no mods initialised my menu still didn't show.
  9. No idea if anyone still reads this anymore but i installed fallout new vegas clean by: 1. Deleting the folder for fallout new vegas in the c drive, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common for my computer and is the default. 2. Then I had to delete the ini files in documents by deleting the fallout new vegas folder in, C:\Users\Josh\Documents\My Games 3. Removed them in my recycling bin 4. Then uninstalled fallout mod manager Beware: This will delete all saved games and any previous mods you have installed and it could mess up fallout 3 mods if fallout mod manager is used for that as well. This may have already been posted somewhere and also i used steam to download it.
