Has it never came to you that people in Fallout and creatures in Fallout are not "Thick-Headed" and should die by a Headshot ??? I have... I have a mod which makes it so -- but it only works in the DC (you know the regular areas and persumably with Broken Steel) but in the pitt the Trogs DID NOT die by shooting them in the head and in Point Lookout those Fukkin Swampfolk dont die !! (I can do 140 DMG with the double barrel) and in point blank they barely get crripled... I tried FWE but it hasnt done much good ... and a few headshot mods none seem to be compatible with DLC's so here I am asking --- scratch that ! BEGGING someone to make such a mod ...

are there any energy weapons like Ratslayer ?

I'm having an issue with this mod all the body is OK but hand are having grey and weird texture problems all time it only stops if you wear gloves (e.g. wastland wanderer ) HELPPPPPPPPPPPP !

Awesome man thx but I saw in the FONV Vault that Ratslayer has a 90% Crit chance ....so isnt 10 Luck with Ratslayer= Always Crit ?

I already have it it wasnt what I was asking ...I am trying to get my Crit Chance up to 100% with almost any weapon ... so I was asking if Finesse grants you anything when you already have 10 luck ?

Say ...My Character has 10 Luck right ? so if I take a perk like Finesse for example does it still have any effect ? and if it doesnt can you recommend me on some Luck adding perks ?

no the mod just gives you the perk Steel Behind Suit and it's not what it does ...

Is there any chance someone publishes a mod which puts some slot machines in the UltraLuxe ? not many just 5 - 3 if you want then ill settle for 1 it's just that you cant make much of a profit in BlackJack or the precentage of getting 35:1 with 10 Luck in Roulette is also pretty small so ....any chance for that ?

Sooooooo does anybody else always starts the game , runs to the side , take the caps and the Pre War Hat ? well anyways i wanted to ask if anybody could make the Pre War Hat any cooler ...you know Pinstripe - Full Black w\ White lines or the other way around or make them look more like Leather-ish and come up with your own variations of colors and the suits ...I always wanted a white suit ...or a Grooms suit that you could do a mission for or somthing more suits I mean - you may have quite a lot but still...it is never enough nobody else wants to be stylish while blasting an Super Mutants head with a 45-70G Cal. to the face ??? Listen I thought of somthing really awesome ! the whole game the only thing I heard of was of The Burned Man who got thrown off a canyon while covered in pitch ... I thought about 2 things : 1) make a mod with full dialogues and sync's about things that happen in between the second Hoover Dam war (the time of the courier ) the first will be that you start as a Legion kid and then a Legion teenager and then you wake up in the middle of a fight after being hit by a club by one of the "cool" kids in the Legion camp you then fight back and the fight gets pretty bloody in the middle of the fight one of your friends stops the fight and gets killed by a hidden blade held by that kid while he was trying to hit you you are then being pulled back by a guard and get thrown back to your tent and you vow revenge ....after a few decisions you eventually get to the mojave wasteland and the story starts ... you seek out the burned man in order to help you avenge or destroy the Legion eventually you can get him as a companion or have an epic battle with him. 2)YOU ARE the Burned Man -- you wake in a cave while being treated by a beautiful Khan\Settler\BoS girl\or I dunno what ....and you then start a quest which will be called "Vengeance Eternal " and your mission is to get to Caesar and kill him and destroy and crush the whole Legion ...and until you dont destroy all of Legion camps you dont finish the game ... you will face Lanius - Dead Sea and whole other cool ppl along the way - and you might convince them to join you in your bloody travels ...the choice is yours

can someone please make this perk do that all bussiness apparel and tuxedo's have DT of a power armor and Pre war hat has a DT of a Power helmet ?

I dunno sucks about Muties and the no city's thing ...that's why I hate Vegas you can wander off in a desert and it all looks same ol' trash in FO3 you could walk in DC ruins and have urban fighting - hiding in a room of a broken house and wait for the right time and go out guns blazin' on SM's in the city .... if only the faction thing in FO3 were more balanced then maybe you could've fought the BoS instead of the Enclave ...

can anyone give me that patch ? ever since I installed NVSE 6b it keeps telling me to update and I cant find the update anywhere and my Steam is having issues ... please help I really want to play with up to date mods

what !? I dont believe that .... 1 thing that terribly dissapointed me about NV was that whole desert thing -- I really dont like it ... I loved how in FO3 you could fight a pack of super mutants in an urban zone it was so awesome ! you could run into buildings for cover --- not to mention there were TONS of super mutants which also made this game kick ass ! in NV you have probably like -- 45 - 50 super mutants and they're divided so you have like 25 mutants in an area - what's the fun in that ? no challenge... there were twice as much Deathclaws - maybe less kinds but way more Deathclaws as much as I remember ....
