[Installing long war on an external hard drive]

I'm having trouble installing the mod as i have my steam library on a external hard drive so the installer can't find any of the files. I have tried messing around with the location but i don't know where the locations should really be directed to.

I currently having a problem installing the long war due to having my steam library on an external hard drive. when i try to install the mod using the normal script it can't find the proper folders. I was wondering if someone could help me with this problem.
