I am not using any mods atm

hey, not sure how active this forum is but here it goes, Im having a problem where sometimes the game doesn't load a certain area, so I go there and the textures are all blurry (pretty much if you leave whiterun without doing the loading) and the only way to fix this is save and load so it loads the area, since my last playthrough of skyrim I have noticed more bugs (characters doesnt mine ores, nps floating instead of doing the walk animation etc). I am sure its not my pc that can't handle skyrim since it runs any one recent game very well and It has run skyrim since the past with no problems, I dont know whats causing this no loading things. pc specs: -core i7 950 3.8ghz -6gb ram -gtx680 I have also tried looking in google but i dont find anyone with the same problem, if anyone knows how to help me I would be greatful :).

Do i have to put an order on those mods? EDIT: a thing that i notice is that now if i go against walls or jump against them I can see through the wallls >.< has anyone had this problem?

EDIT : didn't work any help wouudl be great, first of all i read the readme i guess obmm is oblvivion mod managar? wich is dl and it says i can't use it totaly because of the admin rights? but i have those >.<, im saying this because the installation readme says so, right tiny? xD.

Hi, Im new to this forums and I have been playing Oblivion since it came out (well not everyday, but sometimes i just feel to install it again) I have never installed any mods, I have a better pc now so I would like to try some graphic mods or any mods besides graphic mods that you guys think it's good or necessary, I would like some new oblivion experience :D, I will wait for your responses :D. EDIT: yes i have seen many pages of mods, most of them with the links to dl broken, and i have seen the list in the top, but none of those mods seemed appealing.
