tried on 3 different pc and 3 different fallouts 4;

1. Download Experience

2. Optimize game

3. In drivers tab, download latest

 

Thats it.

 

Helped a bit, made the static brighten where the outline was supposed to, which makes it easier to do the things this bug ruined before.

Static still there though

[Fallout 4 Static Vision Bug HELP!]

{See screenshot} have this problem playing fallout 4 in V.A.T.S , house making, and making power armor. It is the same color as whatever the outline on the object i focus on is supposed to be. It is making it impossible to make houses or use V.A.T.S.

My PC:

16 GB Ram

694 GB free data

64-bit OS x64 based processor

Windows 8.1

Intel® Core i7-4970 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
