Yes they are missing textures. But itâs not being caused by mods or by missing actual files...very weird.

Hi, I've been using mods for years with NMM and never had a problem. Recently I acquired a new laptop with a GTX 1060 and have installed Fallout 4 plus transferred my NMM installation. Since I have been unhappy with some texture mod I decided to try a fresh new install and experiment Vortex on this laptop. I deleted all game's local content, deleted also files in Local AppData and Documents. My goal was to reinstall all my favourite mods except the retexture, environment and climate ones and load my previous character. But I decided to make a trial with a new character and just 5 basic mods first. Those are :
I get out of the vault and Sanctuary is overlooked by 3 giant purple cristal facet trees. I disable all mods, one by one to find the culprit, still those purple trees. i uninstall all mods : purple trees again. I do a clean install again (had made a backup of all 3 directories) no gpurple tree. I install just the unofficial, HUD frame, DefUi and Valdacil Item Sorting and pam, here they are again. Uninstall all mods ; still the purple trees.
This is what I get the moment I get out of the Vault :
Please, has anybody an of idea how I could get rid of this and come back to my old save or just be able to play with mods without those trees glitches ?
If it can help here are my specs : Intel i7-7700HQ CPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD, GeForce GTX 1060-6GB, WIN 10.
By the way, I did altready the ''Verify integrity of game cache'' and all was ok.
EDIT . Ok so I Closed Vortex and deleted the content of Fallout 4 folders in Local AppData and Documents and the purple trees are gone. But how can I reinstall mods without having this glitch back remains a question.
The issue seems to be related to Fallout4Custom.ini. I went through all the steps like you, uninstalled all mods and missing textures still present. But when I removed that file, the textures came back.

Same issue with different textures. Verified...no mods...still happens.

Just like the title says looking for a solstheim player home or mod for severin manor...I know they exist for LE but found nothing for SE.

I'm looking for a mod that fixes how the invisibility spell looks in hand...
In this video it looks totally normal and not a static cube.

Edit 2: I completely uninstalled ENB instead of just turning it off and it either fixed my issue with regards to the skin tone mismatch between head and body, or at the very least it made it less obvious and is back to the usual microscopic seam that's just always going to be there no matter how good the texture mod. Unfortunately a lot of my saves have decided that ENB is their source of life and are pitching unholy fits so. Burn, salt, etc. At this point I'm leaving it alone because I'm not sure if at this point I'm subjecting my game to waaaaay too much scrutiny and am starting to make up problems that aren't there, so.
TL;DR If you're using a late-model ENB try yanking it. Honestly I've had more trouble with the latest version, so I guess I'm not surprised. If you're not, I'm sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck to you, OP, I hope nothing's too broken.
After significant testing I've kinda been left thinking it is the ENB, because nothing else could be causing this. I was using Vividian.

I wish I knew what the problem was myself.
No steam mods. All DLC though. Deleted everything from one hard drive, reinstalled to another. No mods or anything...problem still there.

There's been issues with the Mod Manager/Nexus servers in the last few days. I can't login or download anything via mod manager (manual download still works). Nothing to do but wait for fix

Reinstalled skyrim and all my males in the character creation have a grey face/neck seam. Researched the issue, nobody can seem to suggest a fix for when its a PLAYER issue. I did not change anything with the creation kit. Installed, loaded game, boom grey face.

Bump. Completely wiped and reinstalled skyrim on a different hard drive without mods, SAME ISSUE. Please help!

So just started a new game and this showed up.
Uninstalled all related mods, disable all plugins...still happening. I guess I have a rogue mesh/texture somewhere? What do I do? Attached load order....

I'd like a mod that lets me take prisoners and stick em in the local hold jail.

I'm trying to reduce the space NMM takes up on my drive...makes no sense to have the mods in multiple places. I'm going to delete the games folder, where's the virtual install folder?

Reinstalled Skyrim and all mods, same problem. Anyone going to help?

I just finished installing a bunch of mods, ran through patches, organized with LOOT, no errors or anything. Loaded up, selected new game, loading screen shows for awhile (as usual) then it vanishes as though finished and then the game crashes to desktop. I have the right load order and all necessary patches installed, so whats the deal?

I used to use the Wilds ENB, then I took a break. Came back to find its no longer supported. I installed it anyways but it was to unstable for my liking, eventually my game was crashing near constantly. I tried Real Vision, but I wasn't so sure about the colors and I can only run the performance version. Yes, I use a bunch of texture mods. My specs are 750TI with a FX8350, 8GB of RAM.. Worked great with the Wilds till it crashes. Any recommendations for other ENB presets with similar specs and mods installed that could get 40ish FPS?

I have CoT and ELFX along with the Wilds ENB. Trouble is, when it's night or I
m going through a dark cave, I get a lot of flickering light instead of just continuous darkness. Whats going on?

Pardon me if this is the wrong place...is there a mod that improves the textures of Dwemer machines, like the spider, centurion, sphere?
