I know this is an old thread but I wondered if you managed to solve your problem. I have what seems to be the same problem. I bought the GOTY edition and disc one loaded fine. I tried to start the game but it just crashed with the 0x00625070 code. Later I tried to load the DLC disc and it crashed. My PC runs Skyrim fine on very high settings - I am still using XP but I wouldn't have thought that would matter. Anyway, I wondered if anyone had found a sure-fire solution to this problem. I have tried many of the suggestions such as disabling GfWL but so far nothing has worked.
