Hi, To make this really short, I have been using Bijin pretty much all the time I recently fancied a change up and decided to use the re-imagined shield sisters and Jarls. The issue I am having is that Bijin and re-imagined mod do not play nice as re-imagined. For example both Maven Black-Briar and Irilieth have terrible faces when I tell Vortex to load re-imagined after Bijin, in a attempt to fix this I decided to go into Bijin and deleted the conflicts of Maven and Irileth, however, when ever I see Maven she is just teeth and eyes with no head. I would appreciate support on how to make these mods play nice or just flat out tell me to pick one or the other.

Below I will link a video of an example of what the frame drops look like but to give more context, it seems to happen out of nowhere, I'll be in a city or out in the wilds and suddenly 60 become 1-2 then slowly climb back up. In my research I found people were only getting drops of half 30 FPS but still playable, I tried different settings in the Skyrim/Enblocal.ini files however, I am still left with a this strange drop in frames. Alright I'm going to see with the Performance monitor what happens each time the screen freezes, I really do like playing FO4 but I'll be kinda bummed out not being able to play because of an issue I cannot fix.

I tried turning both to High Performance Mode however I am still getting it. GPU: GeForce GTX 970 CPU: Intel® Core i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz Memory: 16 GB RAM (15.94 GB RAM usable) Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Home I do have a modern weapons mods that replaces the vanilla weapons with more modern weaponry and I also have Militarised Minutemen but I think the Modern Weapons might be the issue since they use a high resolution and loading that onto every enemy that can use these weapons could cause stuttering I can still use the weapons as standalones but if I just remove the replacer, I think that might work.

I really need some help in stopping my fallout from getting the FPS drops that it has. I rarely happens in interiors however in the open world its more than common and has been quite annoying. I thought it was the mods (could still be) but I don't see how a couple months back when I was modding Fallout 4 I had no FPS drops, either something added to Fallout causes these because I have repeatedly deleted all my mods and installed new ones however they still happen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nFoP6qUKwk I took this clip it happened twice in a couple of minutes, getting dropped from 60 FPS to 0 FPS. Yeah, but it more frustrates me because I know what ESENT is but not Perflib, since I was able to sort out the PerfNet error I thought Perflib would stop too, but it keep crashing my game and I can't even play for more than 10 minutes at a time. I appreciate the help anyways.

I've been playing OG Skyrim modded for a couple of weeks now, I have recently cleaned all my ESPs and sorted my load order using LOOT and TESVEdit, however, I crash to desktop with no error message (I use crash fixes and ENBoost). I check my event viewer to see what happened and the source is Perflib/Perfnet and it comes up with several errors, I don't know what it even is could it possibly be the new Win 10 update? And Microsoft has added a feature that crashes games? I don't want to risk rolling back the update just in case. Also as a side thing not really worth its own thread but this also appears when crashing "SettingSyncHost (16592,G,98) The beta feature EseDiskFlushConsistency is enabled in ESENT due to the beta site mode settings 0x800000." I've installed the Crash Fixes mod which helped me identify what is causing me crash (i.e. Skeletons being scuffed causing me to crash). The only thing I haven't done is use Wyre Bash since I'm not really that comfortable with making bashed patches. Also for some reason, my screen will flicker and my character will act like he is swimming when he shouldn't be and if I try to access my items shortly after it was flickering my game will crash with no error, with only the event viewer saying the same as before.

I never had this problem before so I didn't know where else to ask, I have modded Skyrim a fair bit (and that's being generous). The problem is Skyrim will CTD with no error window or anything to find out what went wrong I have to go into Event Viewer and see what happened, its an error with only this: "The Open Procedure for service "WmiApRpl" in DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wmiaprpl.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the error code." There are several others with similar wording, I have never had this error before, since the new Windows 10 update. I thought I'd ask to see what can be done to either stop this from happening or at least know what is happening. I've been playing modded Fallout 4 for a while now but recently I've been going from 60 FPS solidly in settlements but randomly in the commonwealth the more open area I shoot straight down to freezing and 1 fps and slowly climb back up. My mods aren't too demands mostly NPC Appearances and textures (4k textures and the like) nothing that would normally cause frame drops. So any help would be great.
