Trying to get into Chat is tough!

The other thing is, is there a way to change your user name? I am not sure if my user name falls under the realm of bad names. I am thoroughly reading the rules and ran across this and I am looking for some guidance?

bben46, how are you doing today, I am not sure if this is the correct avenue on how to report this? I just joined as a premium member because, I think this site is well worth it. I am very stingy with my money, so that says a lot on how much I love this place. I joined to be able to use Chat. I get this message, [#CHAT-03] You do not have access to our chat room. Any clue why this would happen? Tx
