So I'm building my own player home and I've placed mannequins inside (Note they have been scaled down they are supposed to be sitting on a row of wall shelves) I've linked and aligned them to the XMarkerHeading and MannequinActivateTrig properly and they show and work and everything (I scaled them down before creating the trigger so it's scaled as well but the Xmarkerheading is not...I can't seem to scale that) BUT when I enter the cell the first time a few of them have miscellaneous poses as if they stoped mid stride or head turned and the like AND if I leave the cell and come back they are all moved all over the cell in different rooms on the floor and floating in the air As a side note I also notice that when I enter the cell for the first time before they are all spread around if I aproach the shelves where they sit my character is sometimes shoved around i.e. moving without my control (shoved to one side or another or sometimes backward or forward) short distances not too far a couple of inches to a foot sometimes maybe

Damn I dont have a save that is not in the guild yet ( i dont think i'll check) BUMMER thats what i get for trying to make things easy when they were intentionally designed to be difficult...lol Edit I wonder if i could run the mod on a new game just before i join the guild disable it then turn it back on when i get through that questline

  4. So after putting in some fair amout of time ( lvl 25 or so) I have started the Thieves Guild questline. I finished the quest Taking Care of Business and go back to talk to Brynjolf and he takes me to see Mercer and they accept me in the guild and the give me the quest Loud and Clear Brynjolf tells me to see Vex for info on the goldenglow job but she wont talk to me and also he says to see Tonilia for my new armor and she does not give me any armor ( though she will fence for me) Also as a part of the same bug i have an unusual gem that says i need to become a member of the thieves guild to get Vex to apraise it and that is still incomplete ( although i am in the thieves guild) I was a little upset that this questline is gonna break the flow of my character but i swollowed that and started a new character and the first thing i have done is go to the thieves guild ( no other quests started) and i became a member to find the same bug I cant seem to get that armor though i am recognized as a member no armor and vex will still not talk to me
  5. The backups were the original files i downloaded. I just copy them to the data file and keep them for later in a backup file All the mods work ingame CS just wont load. It wont load just the oblivion esm. even I just get Tesfile: Error: Zlib stream did not terminate in the CS every time i try to load something EDIT: I GOT IT CS WORKING I MUST HAVE BROKEN MY OBLIVION ESM. I REPLACED IT WITH A BACKUP I HAD AND ITS BACK TO WORKING
  6. i was using the construction set this morning and now it wont load the files It pops an error Tesfile: Error: Zlib stream did not terminate I have deleted and reinstaled 2 times still not working the only thing that has changed is that i deleated 2 esps from my data folder and replaced them with the originals (i had been tweaking the 2 and thought i would start over) Please help EDIT: I GOT IT CS WORKING I MUST HAVE BROKEN MY OBLIVION ESM. I REPLACED IT WITH A BACKUP I HAD AND ITS BACK TO WORKING

Ok ill try it thanks but now i have a new problem i deleated the esp.s from my data folder and replaced them with backups i made before i started (thinking i would start fresh with the original mods) and now tescs wont open either of the esp.s it loads oblivion.esm to 63% and then pops an error Tesfile: Error: Zlib stream did not terminate not just those 2 but any it just wont run
  8. Ok so i have 2 mods that i like which add player home type areas. But both of them have a lot of stuff i dont need or care for. Basically I just want to use the interior cell of one, clean it of all the items it contains and add items from the other mod (just the stuff i want) I got it done sort of. I used wrye bash to convert an esp to an esm so i could use the custom items from the one mod and place them in my cell. but i didnt want to have to leave the other mod in there but when i turn it off the game crashes because my new mod is dependant on the other for the items (custom spells and items not contained in the oblivion esm.) And when i leave it on the original mod is broken, like the area is hovering in the sky and you cant get to it Also abit confused about putting the original mod back to esp. (this may be why its broken) i used the option to put the esm. and esp. back together but it doesnt seem to work they are both still there so i guess what i want is to figure out how to copy the items from one mod to the other and then trash the first one
  9. Ok im gettin that but his site doesnt make them look that way maybe there is a retexture or some other race mod that adds them (i am making sure that this is it or not though)

  11. I was wondering has anyone ever made a class and used only the minor skills? My thought is to use a Khajiit with a thief birthsign and when you pick the 2 preferred traits choose say agility and speed. But then build a custom class that has 7 majors that i will not use like make him a magic class. But only increase skills in the stealth class...i know it takes longer to increase the minors but if your willing you still get the same bonuses from the skills it just takes longer to get there. So you could have a lvl 1 character with full lvled stealth skills and then the mage skills you can increase whenever your ready. So you could have a character with a duality if capabilities in the end, and as you start to lvl at first he would allready be ahead of the game as a stealth character Any thoughts on it?
