  1. Same for me, the Navmesh is broken, using a unmodded save and reinstalled Skyrim did'nt help. Seems like I have to do 2500 triangles again. Also tried to refinalize the interior and removed a part of the navmesh but it did'nt help the cell only loads when the navmesh is removed completely. Created some new triangles after removing the old navmesh and finalized to test, everything is fine.
  2. Look into the DLCAnchOverlookGunsSCRIPT, but this script is quite complex, there are 9 variables for each gun. Basically 'playgroup' and 'placeatme xxxexplosion' is used to make the guns rotate and fire.
  3. Have you tried using StopCombat and StopCombatAlarmOnActor in the effect-script? Another way could be giving the weapon a 100% crit. chance and add a crit.Effect (uncheck OnDeath), maybe this works even with 0 damage.
