When installing Long War, (tried F3 and F2), I get an error saying that the "XCOMModHelper has stopped working". When I launch EW all works fine until the choose country screen, which is blank except for the globe, and there are only 4 soldiers, which "appear" in their seats on the SkyRanger about 4 secs. after the scene is launched. When "Launch Mission" is pressed there is only a black screen with the cursor available and only Ctrl-Alt-Del to task manager will shut it down. I am running Windows 8.1 and have tried all the workarounds suggested in the "short version" for troubleshooting. I'm in the process of re-downloading and placing in a new location (F:\) on my hard drive. I haven't been able to find any references to the Mod Helper error, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
