I've been trying to update to 1.7. But I have had no success. the progress bar gets to 100% then it tries to launch fallout, then crashes. When I close the "Fallout 3 has stopped working" box the update dissapears without installing. I have no idea what went wrong, and could really appreciate some help. Also, I have Windows 7 if that helps.

Yes it's up to date. Also, that tutorial is for windows vista. I have 7.

I downloaded FOSE and installed it just like the instructions said, but now fallout 3 crashes whenever I try to start it. I don't have the slightest clue what I did wrong. If any one has any good tutorials for installing FOSE on windows 7 PLEASE give me the link.
