Interested in making some machinima for gits and shiggles. Was curious what mods out there would have the best tools for me to use in making one. I already plan on getting fraps and I am familiar with windows movie maker but not sure how to get the shots I want in game. Is there a way to go into a free-roaming camera view? Will appreciate all constructive answers.

This is something I thought would be cool for use by melee characters if they had shields made out of pre-war road signs (Stop, Dead End, etc) that would function exactly like the shields from Elder Scrolls.
