Has anyone run into the bug where the quest to get the Windhelm house will not start? If so, is there a fix for this? I've been trying for two days and it simply will not start.

Hello everyone. I was wondering if it is possible to set up the game to show more than one equipped weapon if possible. Ideally I'd want one small knife, a pistol, and something like a rifle on the back. I don't want the placement of where they are when equipped changed, I just want them all showing. Is that doable?
