Maybe try using ENB Manager, that will delete all traces of previous ENB files that have been left in your folders.

Hey Leily, I know the feeling, it can be really frustrating when you have no idea what the problem is. Yep, if you share your PC specs and a list of installed mods we'll be more able to help. "Mod Organizer" is the other mod manager you may have meant btw. When Skyrim crashes, does it crash to desktop before the game even starts? And you mentioned flashing - is your driver up to date? Skimming through the Beginner's Guide on Reddit will help explain some things, it has info on Mod Organizer, LOOT, SKSE and there's a little on ENBseries. There's a lot to read but it's good for explaining why certain things are needed and how to install them. Shoot me a PM if you're still having trouble and I'll help as best I can.
