Thank you for the reply you've saved me a lot of time :smile: Edit: In case anyone else finds this thread, it was the Rebuilt Kingsport Lighthouse. It must install the clean windows without asking; whereas the others in the Rebuilt series seem to all have the option not to install the windows. Deleting the 9 window texture files it adds under Architecture fixed it.

I'm having the same problem, did you ever solve this? I've tried disabling various mods.

Ok, I don't know if I actually have a glitch/bug or not. I haven't really noticed until I came to command Serana to do something that the 'I need you to do something for me' option isn't there. I know she's not a normal follower, but I read on the Skyrim wiki that she's meant to act as a normal follower after you complete the quests.
