Not sure if anyone noticed, but when it's dark there's a fake light around the character. So when you're walking around at night and in caves it's not completely dark. This kills immersion for me. I would buy someone a drink or coffee if they could make a mod to remove this.

Thanks, that's what I suspect it is. My RAM may be having issues, as I have 6GB yet windows only says I have 4gb. GPU-Z says I have 6gb though. I'll try the particles tweak, thanks.

I'm having an issue where I play the game and it runs well until I enter/exit a building/cave etc and have to load something. Then afterwards I get long pauses and sticking, sometimes upwards of up to 30seconds. I was just curious if anyone is having a similar problem. Alt-tabbing out and back in fixes it until I load again but that is a real pain. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Did you ensure that you're set to 6 channels in both the Audio Center and in the sound properties in windows? Also, do you use GX? That has been known to cause issues. I'd recommend using analog out as spdif has been know to be unreliable with its reproduction of PC distinct channel surround.
