I am no pro. But why are you using MO and NMM??

I am sure most are tired of hearing and reading load order help. But I did not have an issue until Dual Sheath Redux threw a tantrum. I took the opportunity to play with some other mods and removed JK's Skyrim. I have always used LOOT to organize the mods. Never had an issue until now. When I start a new game, I will crash to the desktop while the mods are loading in. I can only assume this means that something is not right with the load order. I am about to just play with it an use the general load order structure from skyrimseblog. But any pointers would be great!!

Let us start with I am at my WITS end. I have everything downloaded and installed as it should be. I continue to get the error in-game about the Skyproc patch needed to be run in the game upon loading. So I finally decided to look into it. I get DSR downloaded and installed and activated. I then go to the next step, which would be to run the .jar file for the patch. Ya....nothing happens. I go to it and I double click it only for it to flash a cmd window for .5 seconds and never do anything. I have reinstalled Java and the mod numerous times. I have followed everything I can find to find the solution. It appears from what I can tell is its Java's issue. Anyone know a way around this? I use NMM and always have as it works well with me. I have also tried the tool drop-down on the top of NMM.
