My guess would be your Archery Rebalance (though the mod description gives no hint to changes in perks ... perhaps the mod has a readme ... I wouldn't know as I don't use it).
I read the read me and it only changes the states of Arrows, but I did deactivate it just in case. It wasn't the mod causing the problem.
Alright, I had suspected it had to do with OR but couldn't find anything, after a few hours break I found how to fix it. I had to change the FoV to 0 in OR.ini. Thanks for the help anyways striker879.
Same thing is happening to me. Do you mean the FoV in the OblivionReloaded.ini? The one that is filed under Data/OBSE/Plugins?
Mine was set at 90.0. I changed it to 0 but the problem remained.
Update: Tried the Oblivion.ini . The FoV in that one was set to 1 and I changed it to 0. Problem persisted.
2ND Update: Tried both Oblivion Reloaded .ini's and I downloaded a bow mod and placed it last in my load order and I still can't zoom.

Yep. KA was the problem. I haven't had erratic effectiveness since I deleted the spell.

I have a spell that I use from the mod "Kvatch Aftermath". It's called lich shield lvl2- basically it adds a 20% shield to my armor rating for 1800 seconds. Could that be the issue?

I don't think spell tomes does anything with it, Don't think Oscuro's does either..... Try various spells of different schools. See if that's it. (I suspect so.)
Already tried that. The results are random (for example, switching from Alteration to Mysticism to Restoration may change it back to 88%, but a few moments later it will lapse back to 78% while still on Restoration).

I don't think so, but it does fluctuate when I haven't changed weapons (or shields).

My spell effectiveness is vacillating between 78% and 88% with armor on. With all my armor off, it's 100%.
Why is the effectiveness fluctuating between 78 and 88? Is there something I can do to fix it?

I'm thinking of going from Kvatch Aftermath v3.3 (the latest version hosted on TES Nexus) to the more up to date version (v7.8 ), which is only available on another website, but ...
I've seen in another thread that the most updated version of "Kvatch Aftermath" isn't hosted here. Why is that? Was there a problem with the author? Or is the mod itself a problem?
What about compatibility? There's virtually nothing available on the web about with mods it's incompatible with.

Got the door unlocked, but still can't get in. I've noticed that of a few of Oscuro's buildings - even if the door is unlocked and the signifier is white, you still can't get in.
I'm just about to forget it and learn my lesson - don't buy Oscuro's houses.

I bought the Riverside Shack northeast of Bravil (paid 1500 for it), but I can't get in.
So, I tried to repeat the transaction by giving the key back to the woman at Fair Deal and then taking it back. Well, the key disappeared ...
So, I'm stuck. A little help would be great.
One: how do I get the key back (the shack is 'item no.' 21020882)?
Two: how do I get in?

Ok. I added the military and cropped style, changed the color, and lightened the shading. Now, how do I save it?
Whenever I press "Apply", then "Save" on the Face tab for Stoker (A909Stoker), and then close, I think I have it. But, when I re-open the box, it's back to the default hair and length.

If I understand correctly, you tried to use the sliders to shorten his hair, but he has custom hair. That doesn't work. The slider for hair length only works for vanilla hair. You need to just use a different shorter hairstyle. If I am misunderstanding, sorry to waste your time.
How would I import a selection to choose from? Right now, only StokerRen18M is available to choose in the Hair drop down box (to the left of Eyes).

I just hadn't rebuilt the bashed patch yet after activating Stoker. It's now just above Salmo in the load order.
As for 'esmifiying' Coblraces.esp: You're right; I'm not going to go anywhere near it by myself. I guess Stoker will just have to stay in the Bruma prison.

It says the only master file I need is Oblivion.esm. I have that checked as well as Stoker Wolff.

Do any of them incorporate the Corean hair? And how would that interact with Stoker when I've only checked Stoker.esm and Oblivion.esm?

So when StokerWolff.esp is highlighted in the Data dialog when starting the CS the only master listed in the right pane is Oblivion.esm?
Yep.
But, like I said before - the Summary says I need Oblivion patch 1.2. But, I have the Unofficial Oblivion patch 3.2 as an active OMOD (it wouldn't be working if I didn't have the 1.2 patch would it? Let alone all the other mods I have working (Better Cities, COBL, etc.)?)

I thought I would uninstall and then re-install Stoker. It seems to work now - no error remarks.
But, then:
I can't get his hair to shorten. I can change his complexion, his age, his hair color - but I can't get it shorter. :(

When you first start the CS and are clicking Obilivion.esm and StokerWolff.esp, what does it say in the Parent Masters pane on the far right of the Data dialog when you have the StokerWolff.esp highlighted? The master files listed there must be loaded (X'ed) in the CS and then the StokerWolff.esp set to active file.
Oblivion.esm ..
I checked off both and made only Stoker active.

I don't even have an "iPresentInterval" line in my Skyrim.ini.
Is that weird? It's three years later.
