Because at this point he knows they are responsible for the deaths. Astrid of course wants the db to live on, so she agrees. Only to be double crossed herself when they show up to sack the sanctuary. Hey all. Been playing skyrim since 12:30 Friday morning. I have an assassin/thief build at lvl 15. One thing that's really bothering me is that I can't seem to find a detect life spell. As you all know this is a crucial spell for those who are sneak minded. I went to the collage of winterhold and spoke to the alteration trainer but he was not selling the spell. Can anybody help me find it? Much appreciated!

No, he was referring to the quest markers.

By high-tech 3d gps you mean a compass? Any traveler worth his wait may use a map with a marked location, but he'd set a compass bearing and follow that until he arrived at his destination. Nothing very high-tech about it. This of course only applys to locations, as npcs move around.

I'm sure if they have gone so far as letting you remove them that they have thought about giving you directions. Maybe not full voice acted directions, but probably some details will update in your journal. They wouldn't allow you to turn the markers off without giving you some direction, otherwise you couldn't do your quests! (or would they?) :P

I'm aware of how enchanting works, i was simply wondering if you needed to join the mages guild and jump through all the loops to gain access to it.

Within the dnd game lycans have 3 forms, human, animal (be that wolf, bear, or otherwise) as well as a hybrid form of the two. The animal form being the most primal, which I could see for travel and things of that nature. The human form, for interacting with npcs. With the hybrid form being used for combat.

And you know of this for certain?
