Thanks for the response none of those seemed to be a problem so Im going to attempt to start from 0

So I started a new game with the mods in my load order (down below) and I end up crashing randomly while walking or fast traveling. One area where i have consistent crashes is at the Whiterun stable. If I move my mouse even slightly to the left the game crashes without fail. I use LOOT to sort my modlist and I cleaned dirty plugins with SSEdit. Currently reinstalling the game files now and if that doesn't work I'll try every mod until I find the one crashing. But before that does anyone know what could be causing this problem?
