Just to clarify, I mean "Russian localized" steam version. Any thoughts?

Is a Russian version of the game moddable? If I bought a Russian version of the game (a Russian Steam code), would I be able to mod it just like an "american" version? thanks!

One mod I made already has some of this. it's at; http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=40027 It lets you get a train of 3 brahmin (maybe I'll add more/less), which follow black bart the lead brahmin. they can carry up to 600lbs all together. Each is unique and you can see they have different markings etc. They have to be taken from the viper gunslingers who stole them from a caravan. Actually I should probably re do the adventure since it was kind of my first one. But the brahmin are solid I use them with my character all the time. Also illyism was kind enough to give me permission to port over his mod of rideable creatures form fall out 3; http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3330 The Brahmin is one of the rideable mounts, unfortunately the Yao Guai isn't in new vegas :( It's probably well beyond my skill set to accomplish, but I'm going to give it a shot. Maybe with a lot of luck and a lot of help I can pull it off. You are WAY ahead of me !!! haha,, rad MOD, I will have to download it and try it out.

I would love to be able to make this feel more like a "western" by being able to get a brahmin and using it like a horse. -Imagine being able to ride around hunting animals or creatures. -Imagine finding a new location/building/cave, leaving your Brahmin outside then raiding the location. After which you can load up all the new gear on your brahmin. -Imagine being able to carrying more loot with you at ALL times! -Maybe a system could be added to micro manage your Brahmin by feeding and giving him water? -Perhaps you would need to capture a wild Brahmin by tranquilizing it in the wild? If any one is willing to work on this I could do some concept sketches of the Brahmin "saddle/storage".

I've looked around and haven't found anything yet. I was wondering if anyone knew about a mod to be able to scroll through your numbered hot key weapons, or something similar? anything like that out there? Thanks

I think that I fixed the problem (for the most part) I re-installed it then I hooked up the mods that you guys listed above...there is still a little lag/stuttering, but not nearly as much and I can still have all of the settings bumpped WAY up. Thanks for the suggestions.

Hey all, This is my first post. I just go the game last week. I'm loving the gameplay (with the mods I have been using: Head shots, no auto aim, UI, and inventory sorter) and the story so far but the technical issues are a bit annoying. The biggest issue is the frame rate stuttering. It seems to be happening when I am outdoors. It happens as if the game is loading up assets into the world and so its "computing" which slows the frame rate. I have updated my video card drivers and I have made sure that steam updated fallout nv. I also tried lowering my game settings in varios ways. I have read in several places that the newest patch should have fixed this issue but it doesn't seem to be the case for me. ANY THOUGHTS? Also, i have crashes about every hour or so...I don't see any pattern. Should I reinstall the game?... Thanks for your help Specs: Windows 7 64 XFX Ati 4890 Intel i5 4 GB ram ddr3
