I'm not a big fan of VATS aside from just spoting who I am trying to kill, aka Boones spoter perk from NV, unless I am trying to kill fast moving bugs. Even then I think the only time I whould realy need it was with Cazadores. 5 raiders 3 buildings down and VATS gives me mabey 15% to hit chance, drop out and manualey drop them with 6 shots... Did anyone use a bullettime mod in previous games? Any thougts on VATS being half or quarter real time?
