Gotta love the nexus. They are my go to for mods, hands down.

Only certain textures do it, but I have indeed tried to go through and see what was causing it, and it was a mod I've used before without any issue. Not the file that installed it, as I redownloaded it about 3 times, and it kept messing up each time.

Still haven't been able to find a solution.

So, removing the texture mods that effected the textures, it removed the effect, and in certain cases, using old textures of the same mod fixed some of the textures.

Ok, I've tried every fix I could find for texture issues, and I can't find anyone with the same problem, though I'm sure I'm just not able to think of the right thing to search, but any texture replacements mods (like optimized) causes all the textures to be all...blocky. I've tried disabling god rays, invalidating older files, I've followed the guides for modding, I've updated my drivers, and it has run perfectly fine before, only recently after I've tried playing it after months of leaving it alone did I encounter this issue. It has zero problems with no mods installed, and after I uninstalled the optimized textures, the problem persists on the bodies of my characters (which have custom textures) and I can't figure out the cause, as (like I had said before) before, it didn't have this issue. Any help troubleshooting would be helpful, as I've also reinstalled it, to no avail. Well, replacing the update file seems to have helped immensely. I will let you know if it crashes/freezes again while I'm on the overworld.

I don't recall if I cleaned the update, but I know I haven't cleaned the skyrim.esm, and I have already compressed all the textures I have in the game, so I don't think that's it. I am about to try turning off the enb, and if that doesn't work, I will try to replace the update and see if that helps.

Alright, I will try to make a bashed patch for it and turning off the enb. I will let you know if that works.

I have used LOOT, and have cleaned them, as for my processor, it is an AMD Anthlon II X4 630 Processor 2.80 GHz

I have installed a few mods and tried to find conflicts with the mods I've downloaded, and I THOUGHT I had fixed it, as it was running smoothly for about 30 minutes, but then out of nowhere it froze while I was walking. Sadly, it has happened more than once at around the same time, so I think it's some conflict. I have cleaned the mods so I don't think it's that.

Have been looking all over the net and these forums for a while using any combination search terms I can think of, and have found no mention of something like this. ...oddly. Was wondering if it was possible to do something like this? If so, it'd be useful for illusions in some dungeons I am designing...any info would be appreciated. ^_^

Ok, so I have looked everywhere on the net for a tutorial on this...I'm working on adding a bunch of new monsters to skyrim, and a few game character cameos...but I can't seem to figure out how to do the rigging and such. Or at least, to get it to work in the creation kit. I use blender, both the 2.49 and most recent versions, and I use GIMP for texturing. Any help in this would be immensely appreciated. ^_^;; I've included an example of what I'm in the middle of making into a model.
