  1. And I use AWLS instead of Illumination Within.
  2. I use all of those (minus OBGE and LW, obviously) with Oblivion Reloaded without any issues. If you look at the Oblivion Reloaded description page, you can scroll down and see the information you are looking for: Requirements/Recommended/Readme  No need for Natural Environments with the mods you listed (they will conflict if you do). You could grab Natural Habitat (birds/insects) out of the there but I get those from other mods. Also, there are a ton of texture mods on Nexus. Just sift through and see what you like. I think I have like every texture in the game replaced. Use Wrye Bash for easy overrides.
  3. Upgrading your hardware will not really help. The Oblivion engine was designed for last generation consoles and we are blowing it up with mods. You will eventually get crashes but there are a few things you can do to minimize crashes/corruption/conflicts. Use the NTCORE 4GB patch (if you have a 64bit OS) on your oblivion.exe so you can squeeze more out of it. Use OBSE (many mods require it anyway). I know people like Mod Manager but if you want to get rid of conflicts and set the right load order, use Wrye Bash 305 and BOSS 2.3.0. BOSS will also tell you which mods to clean with TES4EDIT. Use Oblivion Stutter Remover 4.1.37 for replacement of the default heap. This is huge for me. I have 8GB of RAM and am stable for 3 to 4 hours. I am using the defaults in that version but change the following: bReplaceHeap = 1 bReplaceGetTickCount = 0 fMaximumFPS = 45 (you can go higher but you run the risk of problems in your saves. plus, with the right mods, you probably will not see more than that outdoors)iHeapSize = 768 Auto saves can cause corruption. Don't quick save and also disable the five entries in your oblivion.ini file:bAllowScriptedAutosave=0bSaveOnTravel=0bSaveOnWait=0bSaveOnRest=0bSaveOnInteriorExteriorSwitch=0
  4. Some areas in the game are more FPS-intense than others. Another good change is to cap your FPS in Oblivion Stutter Remover. That way, you won't have that thrashing when going into some areas or when multiple NPCs are doing things in your area. You can do 60 but I set mine at 45 as a good compromise. I cannot really do over 45 outdoors anyway since I have the big texture mods. Anyway, glad it helped. Every PC is different and there is no one cure for Oblivion that works for everyone, unfortunately. Although I am really excited to see what Oblivion Reloaded v1.5 does to help when released soon.
  5. I am sure you will crash your game using 2048 as your heap size. Change it to 768 or 512. Also make sure heap replacement is enabled at the top of the file by: bReplaceHeap = 1 For large address aware, I always use this for all of my games on 64bit Windows: http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php Personally, I would also bring all of your mods up to date starting with the Unofficial Oblivion/SI/DLC patches. Get rid of weOCPS.dll  Even the author has now hidden the file: "The reason given by the author is: This does not work anymore, and as such have been hidden from view."
  6. I have a similar OBSE directory and the biggest difference I was able to make was: Use Oblivion Stutter Remover 4.1.37 bReplaceHeap = 1 iHeapAlgorithm = 6iHeapSize = 768 If you use that version, you can remove FastExit2.dll because it is built in. Get rid of weOCPS.dll. It seems to cause more issues. Why force the game to ignore the errors to keep playing? Seemed to corrupt saves. With SDR, be sure to use the latest version. Older versions seemed to be laggy/crashy. What is that obse.fix.dll from? I noticed you had some outdated mods. There are newer versions. And of course, clean bad mods reported by BOSS with TES4Edit. All of this stuff adds up. I can run around 3 to 4 hours (Oblivion Reloaded purger function is awesome) with a lot of the heavy mods.
  7. Every other year, I come back to play Oblivion with fresh installs and new mods. I have never had this issue in the past. I usually murder a Skooma Den person, sleep in a Skooma Den bed and Lucien appears. However, after killing Rufio (next quest phase), Lucien will not appear after sleeping in any bed EXCEPT the same bed in the Skooma Den. *Edit Since I have played last time, the Unofficial Oblivion Patch says Lucien will not appear at any bed at the ILL OMEN INN. Doh!
