  1. I guess i'll just leave this here http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/648750789813297068/870C2BD7F7DC3D3C293D2D78CD456405D67B1B91/
  2. Clouds are off. To clarify, i want a south facing viewpoint of the north coast, or an east facing view of the western mountain range. I tried the disabled borders line in the ini, this combined with everything seems to allow the viewpoint to be shifted much farther south (south side of the jeralls actually) Anyways, this is getting away from the point of this thread now, thank you lordelliot for trying to help.

  4. Yeah i have that already and it does help immensely with viewability on the world map, But unfortunately it doesn't help at all for adjusting position (just x & y angle). Not a big deal i guess in a grander scheme, just frustrating i can't see anything on the western border or the northern coast.
  5. Does anyone know of a mod/tweak that expands the physical boundaries of the map screen? All searches for map tweaks on google have led me to that 'street view' tweak, or variations on that (which I admit, do help). What I'm looking for is expanded range in moving the perspective of the map screen. To illustrate what i mean, try looking straight down with markarth or any far western or northern location centered on the map screen.
  6. This might be a little late, and i don't know how relevant it might be, but making backups of the entire skyrim folder in steamapps, and then overwriting the updated files will trick steam into thinking it's up to date, and let you play as normal (even if you use cff for the 4 gb, though verfiying game files will undo this obviously). I personally had a problem with my 360 button mapping being messed up after they fixed the keyboard bindings and this was the easiest solution. So, i guess i should also ask, is 1.3 worth updating to? I've been sticking with 1.1.21.0 (the devil you know, right?).
  7. I have this exact same problem, Increase sensitivity where?
  8. Okie dokie, i'm new at this whole mod thing. I've got dds viewer and a way of editing the texture files extracted from the bsa. What i need to know now is how do i map effects like the daedric armor glow to meshes/textures (i am aware i'll need more software lol) Basically i wanna put that sweet red glow in a couple of places on the helm, gauntlets and boots. [edit] Nvm, looks like you need a script for it? in the misc bsa there's an item called daedricarmorattachfxscript.pex
  9. It would just be a decal like the fire or frost decals from spells, not a big deal to make but i dont know how you'd implement. And would make tracking a hell of a lot easier, especially rabbits and fox.
  10. I've felt that since oblivion, lvl'ed enemies were stupid, especially since you can lvl up purely from non combative skills. In morrowind it might have seemed boring to one shot everything past a certain point but there were still bosses, and honestly the best experience i've had to date was building an uber powered character without glitching or cheating in vanilla morrowind. The time and effort required, the feeling of power, becoming complacent and getting killed by the lich king in the mournhold sewers. Those were good times, but making every fight challenging for the sake of keeping the game exciting isn't making anything more exciting, it's just another time sink padding the hours, or worse, a source of anxiety because you've been lvling your roleplaying skills the last 10 levels by interacting with npcs.
  11. Adding +% pickpocket items helps with gold over 1000. Also i support the idea of this mod, i'd like value taken out of pick pocket chances completely, the idea that i could steal the clothes of someones back before a coinpurse with x amount of gold in it is ridiculous.
  12. Is there a way to remove the visual smoke effect in 1st person or do i have to wait for mod tools? this is really annoying when sniping with the bow, especially at night :wallbash: .
  13. I agree with everything you've listed Rolland. Personally, I'd like to see more tes artifacts, and the ones that are in the game restored to how they used to be somewhat (saviors hide got nerfed again it seems). Obviously more armour types both light and heavy (Where would Stalhrim fit i wonder?) I realize the game is supposed to feel like this rugged frozen wasteland, but something like the '(Game) Comes alive' mod would be nice. Obligatory spears, thrown weapons, crossbows, mounted combat, dragon mounts, etc etc etc blegh. Honestly the thing i miss the most is wearing clothes under the armour, my favorite created item in morrowind was exquisite pants with jump XX-100 for 2 secs. And with armour now including greaves there's one less slot for an enchanted item.
