    What I did was, I took the Assassin Suit from Dead Money and added the stealthboy effect to it. The suit already kind of looks like a type of NCR light armor. Perhaps you want something with the pre-war flag on it?

    44. You can activate parking meters, but cannot destroy them for the pre-war money. 45. I thought I would find more skill books at the library. 46. Deathclaws and Behemoths are not the scariest things in the wasteland.
