I bought premium because my Skyrim got wiped and needed speedy downloads instead of the servers that are so overloaded that you can't establish connection. Now I have my preferences set to Dallas premium but It's still giving me Salt Lake (N8)...

So, I recently got my friend into Skyrim, now he is just playing through his first run-through so he hasn't downloaded any mods ( however he has a strange fascination with the dev console ) so everything is still vanilla. Now, he created his character a female Nord who he created to fit his....tastes and was quite proud of his final product. Now I have had since the release of Skyrim to create my Dragonborn to the best of my ability with mods and very visibly have an unfair advantage. Now he made a very....very...bold statement that his character is miles better than mine. We even got a third friend to create his own character who he then admitted looked much better than his but still says that mine was grotesquely unattractive. Now I created a comparison chart, and even after he still would not accept that even though my Dragonborn may not be the best looking it's still far better than his. So, I bought all the stupid f*#@ing DLC because most mods nowa'days require em'. And When I launch the game it crashes 1-3 times then it finally lets me in the game, once I'm in after a while of gameplay fast traveling or loading another dungeon/room it will stop responding in a loading screen without telling me, I have to check the task manager to verify I can usually tell if it takes longer than a minute to load. I've also been having trouble with dialog with NPC's it's almost as if there is a lag between scripts, because it takes a long time between dialog options. I've heard you can fix this by deleting your skyrim.ini prefs but I really can't because I need them for ENB. It cannot be my Computer's fault, I'll list the specs" Intel i7 4770k Asus GTX 780 Maximus VI motherboard Then just some miscellaneous parts. As for the mods I have installed I mostly just have beautification mods to enhance the game. For f*#@ sakes I've seen gtx 590s handle the game with these very well. Is there something that can assist me? Because this is f*#@ing ridiculous playing the game on edge stepping on eggshells wondering when my next crash will be. I just feel as if I really shouldn't be having these issues, which I seem to be running into a lot, more uncommon ones that a lot of people usually don't run into.

I was playing Skyrim all happy-like with my HD 2k textures enb ect. When I install a mod that recommends the Flora overhaul mod. I install it, and run the game. To my surprise all the landscape textures are all blurry, un-rendered distance detailed. And I've tried countless "remedies" Deleting my Skyrim.ini uninstalling all texture-enhancing mods. It actually does this for any enb, I think it might be the actual enb plugin itself. But I've mostly been using a realistic hope, quitcool, and EvoFq3o0. Thank you for replying c:.

Yes, I made the changes in the ini. Still no luck :c I don't want to play without the enb. But yes it does return to normal once I disable the enb in-game.

I've been having problems with any and all enb presets downloaded from the nexus. They all seem to make the trees, plants and even the grass look like the default texture file. The image below should show it all. Tell me any information that I might need to post that might be useful.
