This crash report is from six months ago, or you clock is way off for some reason. You've got quite a bit in this report. You said you tried everything, but what exactly have you done? If you removed all mods and it's still crashing then your game files are borked and probably need to verify through steam or whatever you use. Or your save file might be corrupted and there isn't much you can do there but start a new game. You can try using Resaver, too. It has helped me before since I like to add and remove mods in the middle of my playthrough. But sometimes you just have to start over.
