I use somewhere around 80~90 mods while im playing with only 2 mods that effect followers iAFT and Inigio. But the mods i use are a lot texture replacements, USSEP, CBBE, Immersive weapons & Armor. If you need a list from loot I might be able to get it .

I've been having problems with iAFT lately, all of my followers act like they aren't following me but they wont leave my service no matter what I do. They return to where i recruited them from. Lydia goes back to Whiterun, Frea to the Skaal village etc... If I use the AFT reset option nothing changes. no-one actually leaves my service and i still cant get them to follow me. This all started once I reloaded my save after using LOOT to optimize my load order. does anyone know what I can do?
