For a quick fix, try right clicking on the download link and selecting "open link in new tab". It should eventually route you to an address starting with fs3.nexusmods.com, and if you change that to either fs4.nexusmods.com or fs2.nexusmods.com, it works just fine. EDIT: You can also change your file download method under preferences, from the default on-page pop-up box to opening in a separate page, and then use the same method of changing the address, but it's pretty easy either way.
