Apparently moderators don't like it when you offer payment for services. So this Is me saying that I will ânotâ offer you compensation for the work you do. Anyways I would love to have this location as a custom settlement if anybody can help me out.

had an idea to have placeable npcs that are more like props, dont do anything for settlements except make them less empty. maybe have them like idle rugs but are permanently locked to them.

I have been fighting to make this settlement work, my original plan was to have three separate settlements or 1 settlement and 2 player homes but that doesn't matter because i got stuck on the exterior cell settlement building and cant figure out how to make it work. everything is there but i cannot assign supply line or move settlers, the happiness shows 50. i was told this happens when there is an error in the quest but I've rebuilt the quest numerous times. if anybody could help me out it would be much appreciated. thank you. If you've read this far then you are possibly interested in helping me complete my first mod. the settlement is located at and in nahant oceanological society. I've already cleaned up the cells to my liking but as i mentioned i am now having problems with it being a functional settlement. Below is the esp file of the cleaned up interiors and exterior and all the bits to make it a settlement. please don't let this mod die as this is my first mod and something i hope to be proud of.

Ive really been wanting to play with a shield and a 1h spear with regular sword animations. i came across a mod that adds the riekling spear as a 2h weapon but it seems that all spear mods either are 2 handed or use the lame staff poking animations. Ive tried unlocked grip but its just too buggy. If i could get a mod that replaces the iron sword with the riekling spear that would be awesome. seems simple enough to just swap out the models. my modding skills are non-existant so if somebody could point me in the direction of how to do something like this or if you could do it yourself that would be awesome. thanks
