I'm pretty unhappy with the current sub-races and would like a personal request for one: Levistus Tieflings
In-Game Description: Descended from the bloodline of Prince Levistus, these tieflings harness extraordinary aptitude over Cold magic befitting of their permanently frozen home, fifth layer of the Nine Hells Stygia.
Hellish Resistance removed if possible, replaced with Dragonborn Resistance Cold along with Ray of Frost and Frost Breath.
At level 3 they learn Create or Destroy Water.
At level 5 they learn Hunger of Hadar.
At level 11 they learn Otiluke's Freezing Sphere and Wall of Ice.
I realize this isn't the most balanced of sub-race, but that doesn't concern me. I hope it's not asking for too much and if someone would be so kind and willing to create such a mod, I'd be extremely grateful!!!
