  1. Hello, I have been fiddling around with 3D modeling and I've been successful in creating the basic models I want but I've failed in creating textures and getting the models to work in the game. I've been using Sculpturus to create the models because blender is too complicated and everything else is too much money. The models I've been trying to make are 18th and 19th century American and European clothing styles. The pictures of my modes are attached. I just modefied some already existing skyrim models to make them look more like the clothing I wanted to create. If anyone wants these models for themselves or has any tips on what I can do please just tell me. The files are in .obj format but I can convert them into .nif format; that initself is partially where the problem lyes... when I convert them to .nif it says it's missing some mapping data and says something about "null" I realy don't know what I'm doing with this and I'm too busy with school and other things to devote time to learn it all right now... so if anyne wants the files or has an easy fix just let me know. Thanks. and I spelled century wrong in the title... :|
  2. Are there any mods that contain 18th century style armor or clothing?
  3. I am now working on a mod that puts muskets in the lvl lists and replaces the armor's of the Stormcloaks and Imperials with appropriately colored conquistador styled armor. I would much prefer 18th century style armors like that of ACIII but I cannot find them and I don't have the time or resources at the moment to make them... :'(
  4. This would be the absolute coolest mod ever!!!! ...I actually collected a bunch of various, colonial/ 16-19th century style mods, from other moders, and implemented them throughout my game with the creation kit so I, myself, can play in a semi colonial style world, but it is very crude and cannot be uploaded for other users, if someone could amass all the mods that fit this outline, or just make new ones, it would be awesome!!! If you want me to list all the mods I use for this I will, just ask. :)
  5. I just go to "siege test hold" cell in the ck, delete everything there, and use that as a new world.
  6. I don't think that there chould be any copyright issues if you're just copying actual 18th century styles that are not necessaily the ones from ACIII.
  7. I definitely support all these Ideas... I just want a major 18th century overhaul!!! DX
  8. I think that giving the imperials redcoat garb, the stormcloaks american garb and giving both armies muskets would not only be the coolest thing ever but it would totally fit in with the lore as long as the stormcloak and imoperial flags/emblems are still kept, it would totally fit, especially the game taking place 200 years after oblivion... I just really want an 18th century overhaul for this game... sooooo badly!!! DX
  9. here I am supporting all ideas 18th century :)
  10. I think there should just be a whole 18th century style overhaul for skyrim. :)
  11. I support all 18th century style mod ideas, which would include the classic pirate, although i think there should just be an entire 18th century overhaul. :)
  12. I think there should just be a whole 18th century pirate themed overhaul. :) not hard, right?
