Update: Launching it as Administrator worked, the game now starts. But none of my mods seem to be working

I just installed a handful of mods with the Nexus Mod Manager (some of them using FOMOD installer), however: When I press the ''Launch'' button in the Top-Left of the Nexus Mod Manger... Nothing happens! Any idea's?

Ahh yeah, I installed it and this does look better. I just wish there was a compatibility patch for all of Spawn0's clothes cuz now my outfits all clip.

As per this post I'd like to request this outfit, from the character ''Loona'' from the animated series ''Helluva Boss''. Title sais it all, my game CTD's all the time. I was messing around in the blacksmith, and noticed that when I made a ''Steel Longsword'' from the Immersive Weapons mod, my game would CTD quickly afterwards. But thats not it. It also crashes sometimes when I open doors, menus, or even equip items. I have tried to disable things like HDT Equipment, Wearable Lanterns and most of my graphic mods, but it still happens. In some cases it doesnt CTD, but it just freezes and I have to close the game. For example; I was browsing through the blacksmith crafting list and suddenly everything froze. Another thing I noticed is that sometimes textures of random items bug out and become completely pink. I've encounterd Sven from riverwood with pure pink clothes. I've seen a pink cow in whiterun, and saw that Adrianne wanted to sell me a completely pink steel battleaxe. In some cases textures are not pink but completely black. This happens to for example walls and NPC's bodies. Its not consistent in what bugs out, sometimes its normal, sometimes its not. Weird! Im already using: Safetyload 1_2, Load Game CTD fix and Enchantment Reload fix. I am using Vortex, and I made it auto-sort all the mods. Thank you sir! I solved my problen by using step 8 in your list. If you dont check the ''RaceMenu Morphs'', youre not able to use racemenu sliders ingame (which was my problem). So thanks!

So I batch-build every outfit in bodyslide, however this also locked all bodytypes on the settings I chose, therefore I can no longer use RaceMenu ingame to adjust my characters proportions. As in: I do ~showracemenu ingame, then adjust CBBE sliders, but nothing changes. How do I revert the actions made by BodySlide?
