So I installed almost every component of STEP, and while my damage to enemy's seems to be about right, enemies now seem to do MASSIVE amounts of damage to me, also weapons and armour appear to have much higher damage/armour than default, with the standard steel cuirass having an armour rating of 95 (this is a new char, btw). Could any of you point out the offending mod/s that are creating this massive unbalance? I had this idea right after i completed the stormcloak version of the game, basically after you take windhelm from the stormcloaks or soltitude from the imperials and ask ulfric/tullius "whats our next move" they will reply, the thalmor must be taken now we have control of skyrim, then you may travel to soltitude and take a boat to a garrison on somerset isle (this will have to happen after the unlock tamriel dlc comes out AND tesv construction set) you will be confronted by an imperial/stormcloak officer who will tell you to go see ulfric/tullius in his quarters they will give you a quest where you have to attack a thalmor fort south of the garrison. eventually it will involve you taking the capital from them and restoring peace to tamriel.
