So I knew about the files in meshes and one of the first things I tried was deleting them. It did not work. I scoured the data folder once again for anything pertaining to those mods and nothing comes up. I just don't understand how this is possible. As far as I can tell there is nothing left of either of these mods.

Hello, So recently I installed Fcom superpack and tweaked it to how I wanted play to be. It is almost exactly how I want it and it works very well. The only issue is two mods "Drop Lit Torches" and "Let there be Darkness". Both mods refuse to disappear despite the fact I deleted them completely and rebuilt the bashed patch. I checked all remaining mods and neither of them show up anywhere. I tried messing with oblivion.ini and that did nothing. I tried for 2+ hours to fix this but the mods refuse to disappear from the game. The mods don't show up anywhere I search but clearly they have to exist somewhere. I don't want to do a clean install again because it took me awhile to get the game where it is right now. If you came recommend anything else please let me know.
