Right now as far as I can figure out, the mobile vehicle bay can only be deployed at the surface in order to build seamoth, prawn or cyclops. Is it possible to be able to use the bay at other underwater locations such as the Ghost Tree where I think alot of people create bases? I have a base there and if I want to create a new prawn or seamoth, it is a real pain to have to go all the way back to the surface just to be able to build those vehicles. I would like to be able to build them at other locations that are more convenient to the base that I am currently living in. Thanks to anyone who might read this.
