I tried the Full pack... and Lo and Behold, each and every one of the downloads do that. Doesn't matter whether I use the NMM, either one of my 2 download managers or the plain ol' native browser download... each one fails at 99% And I have tried everything (including the Full bsa package) TWICE. Thats a lot of bandwidth down the drain
