  1. That's it! Thank-you! I shall be installing post haste, and revelling in nostalgia for a while. You're not just a diet Bob, you're the full fat variety!
  2. Every time I go back to Morrowind I think of this mod, but I can't remember its name and I don't really know what to search for, so here goes! It was a massive mod adding a new landmass with dungeons, towns, quests etc. I remember it had a desert town with a large Khajiit population. The buildings were retextured Hlaalu ones. There was some very clever scripting, so in one of the quests (possibly the main quest?) there was a bit where you'd enter a dungeon with skeletons lying on the ground apparently dead, only for them to come to life and start attacking you. The name began with A, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was. Does anyone else remember this?
  3. Hello all. I have a weird, but until now, harmless bug in my game. My current character is the Divine Crusader and doesn't commit crimes of any sort. But for some reason I keep getting small bounties, mostly of one gold though it has been up to five, and I don't know why! Most of the time I don't know anything about it until I'm confronted by a guard, insulted and then I pay the bounty. This evening I didn't have any sort of bounty listed (and 0 infamy as usual) but couldn't get a blessing in the chapel. This was fixed by speaking to a guard and paying the huge fine of one gold again, and the divines now seem satisfied. But what the heck is going on?? I'm almost certain I haven't stolen anything while trying to talk to shopkeepers.
  4. Yeah, I've seen that but to be honest that's not really what I'm looking for! I prefer simple homes without loads of people wandering around.
  5. I've had a search around and can't find anything that's what I'm thinking of - rebuilding the assorted ruined houses found throughout Skyrim. (Apart from this mod: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=79081812 which lets you rebuild Lucky Lorenz's shack.)There are loads of them, and they're often in nice areas. I'd love to live in that little house just west of Whiterun! It would be great to see something that implemented Hearthfire's building system so the house could be bought from the local steward and rebuilt in game. Sadly such work is way beyond my very limited modding skills. Anybody else like the sound of this?
  6. This mod lets you milk cows: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=242253363
  7. Wrye Bash is what you are looking for ) I recommend go through this advanced readme - especially the part about "saves tab"... .. there are two ways how to achieve what you need: 1. by using profiles - so for each character will be automatically switched the appropriate load order (including *.ini files) 2. by simply right clicking on desired save and selecting "load masters", so it will atomatically change the load order according to the selcted save game file hope it helps ) Ooh, thank-you!
  8. Me again folks! I have a problem with saves and mods - I have multiple saves with different mods active for each one, and when I'm loading up a new save I often can't remember exactly what mods should be active. In Morrowind under data files you could see the saves and double click each one which would activate the relevant mods. Is there any utility for Skyrim that does the same thing?
  9. This one is great: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=79081812&searchtext=build+house It's similar to the building method for the Hearthfire houses, but predates it. The house is just past Valtheim Towers near Whiterun. It's the ruined house just on the river. I <3 it!
  10. Have you used google to search for the image? If you do that you should be able to find the original source. :)
  11. Long thread is long! Does anyone know if there is a mod that puts the correct number of beds in houses? For example the smith and his assistant in Windhelm live together but they only have one single bed to sleep in and so one of them is always up at night. There are a few houses with this problem including the Battle-Borns' house and Bits and Pieces. It really cramps my thief character's style!
  12. Just a quick reply to this - I've fixed him! I made a mod using the info from these two very helpful posts by jet4571: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/605633-linking-an-armor-mod-to-another-mod-without-esp-or-esm-master-tip-for-beginners/ and GRRB in this thread: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/561271-new-outfit/ Kharjo now wears his nice clothes and I can go about my business without worrying that he'll be wearing steel plate while washing the dishes. Thanks to jet4571 and GRRB!
  13. I'm having problems with Kharjo, my steward. I downloaded a mod to enable him and other beast race followers to become stewards and so far he's done his duty well. But now the armor I gave him to wear as a follower is unequipped, and he's wearing his original clothing. I've tried getting him to follow me again so I can switch his outfit, but then I don't get the dialogue for him to become steward again. I've tried stealing objects from his inventory to 'reset' him, but this has no effect. I've tried stealing the armor concerned (with the idea of putting it back again so he'll put it on) but despite my being a good thief for some reason my chance of getting it is 0% and he attacks me when I fail. I've also tried using the console (using the equipitem command) but for some reason it fails every time. I've tried three different object IDs for the armor - two of which I got in game by opening the console and clicking on the object and they were different each time - and one which I got in the creation kit which also results in failure. I've also tried doing a clean save and disabling the other companion mod I've got running (Followers Can Relax) but with no joy. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or something else I could try? It's a really nice armor from LordOfWar's Witcher 2 mod which he's supposed to be wearing, but Kharjo will insist that his steel stuff is better... This is a cat with no style. EDIT: I've just tried adding a new set of armor by pickpocketing him. Despite adding the 'Perfect Touch' perk using the console, I still have a 0% chance to take the original armor and 0% to give him a new set. Therefore fail. :P
  14. I still have this problem as well, but funnily enough the quest worked perfectly with another character. All the same mods were actived. I've tried it since with the problem character and he still can't do the quest.
  15. I'm having a problem with the 'Reluctant Steward' quest from Master Neloth. I get the quest and talk to the alchemist with no problems, but then the map marker I get points me right off the map. I've tried reloading several times and still get the same issue. Googling brought me to this thread: http://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/846944689664714488/ and I tried the solution but all I got was error messages saying the command wasn't found. I'll reload to an older save to avoid this problem, but can anyone suggest a solution? I want to get to the black book in Neloth's tower.
