It's not really a mod I've come across... but basically, it increases random attacks. I dislike having to get a high crime bounty to fight one or two occasional bounty hunters, and the occasional thief to slaughter. Is there a mod anyone knows of that has a focus on random NPCs seeking you out?

Now I feel dumb. Community Uncapper was something I should have downloaded. I thought SKSE was the 'Community Uncapper' itself... Downloading that fixed my issue. Thank you

Ok. It now says I'm running 1.9.32.0.8, and SKSE 1.7.3 rel 48, but when I load up a game using any method, I STILL get the 1.4.21 message.

The SKSE is file version 0.1.7.3 Skyrim is version 1.3.22.0 So it's asking for a version I do not have access to, but can't find how to update to either.

So up until recently, I didn't have this, and only modded through workshop. After joining in, I started with all the downloads and the NMM. Seemed to work fine. I even downloaded the SKSE because some mods said they needed them to work. My SKSE and Skyrim are both as up to date as possible, but when I load Skyrim from any of the sources (Desktop icon, Steam "Play" button, SKSE "Play" button, and the NMM Skyrim Launch button), I get main menu, and from there, after clicking play again, I get the error message: "SKSE Community Uncapper only supports Skyrim Version 1.4.21." Is there a way to force Skyrim to load that version, or a way to fix this issue if it's on SKSE's end?
